Payments made for medical consultations, diagnostic services, or treatments at Dr. Ramya’s Diabetic & Health Care Center Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of double payment or cancellation prior to service confirmation. Any refund request must be raised within 7 working days via email at dineshramya376@gmail.com and will be processed after internal verification.
